Something that i think would be really cool would be to do an expansion. Adding 2 more teams. Idk how we would do it and it would probably be tough to find 2 people that would want to take that on but i think it would be cool to see 2 people take teams of, basically FA and try to rebuild.

Like... Everyone currently in the league could save between 21-23 of their own players and then the 2 new teams could take 2-4 players from any team to begin their franchise and then would have to build off FA.

That would be a pretty tough proposition for a new owner if every current owner can keep over 20 of their own players. Even if that included a lot of prospects that were kept, they'd still be starting a team without a single top 100 player available for their roster. Major League Soccer does expansions pretty often and they only allow a team to protect like half of their roster, but no more than 2 players can be taken from their roster in the expansion draft. After 2 players are taken, their roster is locked. Might be a more advantageous way to frame it for the new owners.

True. I didnt think anyone would be interested in this idea. With the switch to CATS, i bet i could find some players online that would be interested.

It seems like the pitching would be stretched impossibly thin. Especially for maintaining good ratios in CAT scoring.

I would support this idea if we could choose which players will be available to be chose by the new teams , I would oppose letting a new team just pick any two players they wanted off my team

Yea you would be able to chose X amount of players that are untouchable and the others could possibly be selected.

In theory I am intrigued by the idea, but I tend to agree more with St. Louis......why fix what isn't broken.
