Pitcher Starts limit per week.
So last season, we had the limit at 10 potchers per week, and it seems to devalue pitchers horribly. Anyways, with the league transition, and free agency the way it is (takes at least 24 hours to get a guy after bidding), i dont feel we will need a cap. Will teams still be able to stream pitchers, kinda... i dont think streaming pitchers will be an issue. Regardless, if we do put a cap on starts per week, im going to make it 13. I would like any and all feedback please and thank you

cap shouldnt be necessary , with the fa bid process and the salary cap to deal with we should be good .... however i will throw this out there , in another league i am in , if u cut a guy from your team u cannot bid for him again in the season u cut him in .... this was done for two reasons .... to prevent streaming and as a salary cap dump and then try and get the guy for cheaper , the only way to get a guy u cut is if someone else acquired him and traded him to u

That would immediately take care of streaming pitchers. Im not opposed. Lets get some more thoughts and opinions.

Make that a rule. You cut a player you cannot bid on him till next offseason unless traded back to you by someone else

I agree with the no cap on starts. I have no problem with the suggestion on drops either.

Thats 6 people that like that and think it should be a rule. We need at least 1 more.

Im cool with it.
What about waivers as opposed to buyouts? I think if you drop a guy, and hes claimed in the 48 hour waiver period, that should negate the rule and you are still allowed to add him during the current season. Thoughts?

All this wont go into effect til the season begins, and this will only be seasonal. Give me a few to get this added to rules.
