Ok so i just wanted to give some clarification to updating espn...
When a drop, add, or DL move is made, it needs to always be done on ProBoards. With a drop or a DL move, the team owners can make these moves on there own team immediately. Sheets will be updated as moves are made. With an add, in season FAB is the same. A bid must hold 24 hours before you can make the add, but also, the owners can make there own adds. I think we have enough trust as LMs, in the owners to allow this. If an owner is caught adding players prior to the 24 hour bid holding period, strict cap penalties will result.
With trades, LMs will approve/ veto trades as we get them. Under no circumstance though should owners expect a trade to be put through the same day. 24-48 hours is realistic imo. The LMs will be diligent with trades and have them through in good time.
Any questions comments or concerns, please let them be known.

Only gonna post this 1 last time... Because im not seeing anyone make the moves.
If you add someone on FA, Once the bid holds for 24 hours, you can MANUALLY go pick them up on espn.
If you move a guy to DL, once it is posted on ProBoards you can make the move manually on ESPN.
Once you Buyout or Waive a player, and POST IT ON ProBoards, you can MANUALLY make the move on ESPN.
ALL OF THIS CAN BE DONE PRIOR TO ME MAKING THE CHANGE ON SHEETS. When i get on i will make the moves, but everyone needs to be proactive with there moves. There are at least 3 players on FA right now that have been signed but teams didnt add them.

I don't see the point of moving a guy to the dl like I just did with Martinez... I mean , by time I bid on another player and hope that the bid processes as quickly as it can , and by that I mean no one else bids against me , I then add that player , only to have to cut that player and eat a salary penalty so I can activate Martinez when he is healthy in a week or two... I could for see dl moves eating up a ton of salary just to borrow guy's from free agents to use until my players are healthy enough to be activated .... think I will just leave Martinez active rather than hassle with all that and lose the cash

I dont disagree with you. In some instances it would make sense, others not so much.
Good example. Carlos rodon got put on the "DL10" yesterday... And today i read he wont be back with the team for 5-6 weeks... Hes definitely going on the DL.
In another league im in, Miley wont be on the DL for more than a week so while i DID move him to the DL i have no desire to pick anyone else up. Ill just move him back when he starts this coming weekend.
I do see what you're saying though Ken and its a good point. Gotta remember you get that money back next season!
