Obvious by now, everyone knows we're dropping back to 12 teams this coming offseason. With that, we're gonna make what im hoping is the final change to divisions and playoff structure.
The league will be going back to the 3 division format we had prior and the schedule will go back to how it was in our most recent season of 12 teams. I believe it was 2022.
3 divisions of 4. Each teams plays their own divisional opponents 3 times and all non divisional opponents 1 time for a total of 17 weeks.
Im gonna let the next part come to a vote. I personally think we should go ahead and reduce playoffs to 4 teams. Historically, we've only ever seen 1 5 or 6 seed in the ship and it was in 2023 (Milwaukee lost to Chicago). If we reduce playoffs to 4 teams, each division winner gets in and 1 wild card. This also allows us to really find a winner as we can do 2 playoff matchups of 2 weeks so no one will be able to catch a lucky 1 week playoff matchup.
The vote will first be to reduce playoffs from 6 to 4. If that doesnt pass, we will do a vote on how the wild cards are decided with 6 teams as theres a few ways we can do it.
Ive already got a format in which the new 3 divisions will be decided and divisions will be announced at the end of the final week of the fantasy season (itll be based in standings. We did a mock of it last night to see what it looked like and the divisions looked pretty damn competitive). Poll will be put up at some point today.
Thanks for staying patient with me while we took that wild ride to 14 teams. My bad it didnt pan out, fuckin Canadians. We have a great group currently and im hoping this can be the final time we have to make any of these crazy changes.

Alright. This following post will reveal the 3 divisions for 2025 and beyond with 0 intentions of it having to be changed again. I personally think the divisions are very fair, fun, and pretty even considering the state of the teams at the top and bottom. Here they are......
