Trading:
1. There is no longer a "Trade Review Committee".
2. Trades must be posted to Trade reviews. After the trade is posted, the opposing team(s) must accept. Following the acceptance, there will be a 24 hour Trade Review period (during offseason and in-season).
3. In trading, you can send players, money, picks.
3A. You can send any amount of money you have available this season.
3B. You can send (AT MAXIMUM) up to HALF of your teams allotted Salary Cap for the following season.
3C. Money is not allowed to be traded 2 years or further in advance.
4. Trades can involve more than 2 teams.
5. Please post all trades on the Proboards site. Do not offer trades on the ESPN website!
6. If you are involved in a trade, you MUST do THREE things.
A. Post the trade with 100% accuracy, and make it look CLEAN.
B. Must put your acceptance and your reasoning why you did the deal. It doesn't have to be a long response, but a simple reasoning will do.
C. After successfully proceeding past Point B, you may not post anymore about the trade. Just let it sit the 24 hours, and then Espn and sheets can be updated.
7. A. If you are not involved in the trade, the only reason you would comment is if you think the trade
To be 1. Grossly unfair. 2. Drastically unbalanced. 3. Utterly team breaking. 4. League Breaking. 5. COLLUSION. Otherwise, simply DO NOT comment on the trade thread. Those who comment can be subject to penalization (from forfeiture of draft picks or salary money).
8. Trade Deadline will be (SUBJECT TO CHANGE). When the clock turns onto (TRADE DEADLINE DATE), trading will be disallowed unless a trade was vetoed. If this is the case, then you will get one 2nd chance at a deal in which you will receive a 24-hour time extension to come to a new conclusion. If this is not successfully fulfilled, then the trade will become null and void.
